Our Approach
We place a premium on people, process, and outcome.
Our Capacities
Provision of Context responsive advice to funders:
we monitor context and keep our clients abreast of trends in the operating environment. Among other products, through a Bi-weekly context tracker, we deliver regular updates on socio-economic and political developments in the region and an analysis of their implications for human rights and social justice and opportunities arising from the same.
Curate Spaces:
We proactively work to foster connections in our eco-systems; Convene and facilitate conversations and processes; provide safe spaces and platforms that nurture candid conversations, dialogues and foster partnerships. We influence both Philanthropists and Civil society to maximize impact of our stakeholders.
Accompaniment:
We cultivate, service, and nurture strategic relationships. Through tailored accompaniment we provide thought partnership, technical support, catalyze learning, create connections, and support processes throughout the program.
Grantmaking Support throughout the grant making cycle:
we carry out scooping and due diligence for prospective partners, support the proposal development and budgeting process; conduct site and field visits with or on behalf our clients. As necessary, we provide field representation in spaces relevant to clients’ areas of engagement; provide strategic and thought partnership.
Harnessing Strenght:
in a co-creation process, we work to identify areas of growth and learning and appropriately facilitate the same through coaching or connection to resources, for institutions, for leaders or both.
Advisory:
With donors and other actors, based on research and experience-based knowledge.
