Joseph Ajal

Joseph is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC™), an HR Professional, Certified Talent Practitioner (CTP), Chartered HR Business Partner, Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM), and a very passionate believer in the transformational power of people in the bigger picture of the organisation. Joseph is a certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, by George Washington University and a certified Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluator. He is also a Toastmaster. 

Experience: 15 Years Talent Development Experience, 4 Years as a professional Coach and Organisational Development Consultant. 

Geographic Focus: Africa, Asia, North America 

Industry Expertise: Joseph has enjoyed practicing the HR trade and coaching in the pension sector, multimedia industry, life insurance, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), telecoms, as well as being an OD and L&D practitioner. Winner of the Outstanding Contribution to the Field of Training and Development at the Africa Best Employer Brand Awards in Mauritius in December 2017, Finalist in the Best L&D Champion Category at the LRMG, Skillsoft, Sum Total Cafe Africa eLearning Conference in Mauritius, November 2015. 

At NSSF Uganda he managed a $2,000,000 staff Co-operative Society from the ground up as well as a Learning Budget of $1,000,000 annually. He was an Equity and Merit Fellow at The University of Manchester. 

Qualifications: MSc. Human Resources Management and Development (International Development (The University of Manchester), Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources  Management and Development (Uganda Management Institute) and a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and Development.
