Moses is the Head of Consumer, Private and Business Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Botswana. He has over 17 years of experience in the banking sector 7 of which have been at executive leadership mainly focused on business model transformation, change management and digitalization. He moved to Botswana in August 2023 from Uganda. He holds a Masters’ degree from Edinburgh Business School of Heriot-Watt University, is a graduate of the McKinsey Academy Management Program and is an alumnus of Strathmore Business School’s CEO Apprenticeship Program Outside banking, Moses is passionate about using his knowledge and expertise to help people discover meaning in life and be better versions of themselves through teaching, mentorship and supporting humanitarian causes. Moses Rutahigwa is a Rotarian, Toastmaster, and an ardent ultra-runner.
