 Polly is a general HR practitioner with over 3 decades of practical work experience in the corporate world. She has worked in different industries from NGO, Insurance, Telecommunication, commodity and the Financial space which saw her work for a Big 4 as Regional HR Director for 9 years. She has an Msc in Training & Human Resource management from Leicester University UK. When she is not training physically she does virtual training, mentoring, coaching and also creates content for a YouTube channel; Talent Insights by Polly Mwangi. She is a firm believer of continuous improvement and believes ‘To get something you never had, you must do something you never did’.
